StockFast Application

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StockFast ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The App provides information about notable investors' holdings based on 13F reports filed with the U.S. SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and large shareholding reports from Japan's EDINET.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.

• During the trial period, you can access all premium features for free
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin
• The free trial is limited to one per person

4. Subscription Auto-Renewal

StockFast Premium is an auto-renewing subscription.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Upon renewal, the same amount will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

5. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription by following these steps:

On iPhone:

• Open the "Settings" app
• Tap your name at the top of the screen
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select "StockFast"
• Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Or:

• Open the App Store app
• Tap your account icon in the top right
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select "StockFast" and cancel

6. Payment and Billing

• Payment is processed through Apple
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Prices include applicable taxes (may vary by region)

7. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you would like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

8. Registration

Some features of the App require signing in with a Google account or Apple ID. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for managing their accounts.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Violating laws or public morals
• Interfering with app operations
• Harassing other users
• Copying or redistributing app data without permission
• Reverse engineering or other analysis activities
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof

10. Data Accuracy

The App provides data based on publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. 13F reports are updated quarterly with up to a 45-day delay.

11. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to app content, design, and logos belong to the operator. Investor names and photos belong to their respective rights holders.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified as necessary. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
